What does the layer_id refer to in the details df ? #308

while trying to implement my own per-layer learning rate scheduler, based on the layer's alpha value.
in the process of implementing that, the layer_id does not match the index of the layer.
is there any way to know which layer is described by each row of the details dataframe ?
