Scenario

I am a member of a CNA org that has extra fields like hard_quota, charter_or_scope, etc.

My org becomes a Secretariat

Those fields are still returned by
GET /registry/org/{shortname}

They are ignored on a
PUT /registry/org/{shortname}

Should they be returned at all by the GET?
Should they still be accepted by the PUT?
