4f536a2 has no accompanying change to advanced-example files

In the past, the convention has been that all CVE Record properties are used within:

1. schema/docs/cnaContainer-advanced-example.json
2. schema/docs/full-record-advanced-example.json

If we were to continue on this path, these example files should have a useful demonstration of including Purl and OmniBOR data.

I can amend the PRs for both to include examples, as part of my ask for this week from the QWG to give some more complete examples.

This also makes me think we ought to have a CONTRIBUTING.md file which includes an explanation of steps like this that are required in addition to modifying the schema itself. I'll open an issue for that.

PRs #410 and #409 have been amended to update the example files to show usage of the new fields.
