[IDEA] User can specify if they want spaces or tabs

The user could specify if they want spaces or tabs before running the setup. This would be added as a dropdown button.

If the user selects tabs then dotnet format whitespace could run possibly from the script side?

This way the user does not need to worry about mass editing files.
