Create a new CMSSW working area to be used by the web interfaces #4
Description
A new working CMSSW working area based on CMSSW_8_0_X (and on afs) has to be created here: /afs/cern.ch/cms/tracker/sistrcalib/MonitorConditionDB and then used by the scripts used by the web interface of the pedestal and noise, by the cabling web interface, by the web interface which produces the Tracker maps and by the cronjob which monitors the DB conditions. Only the first one mandatory to be able to use the most recent global tags
