M1 and M2 on 1.6 occur twice #19

M2 = Count of items in M1

M1 = The number of items from Input 1 NOT passing either Operation 1 or Operation 2
M2 = The total number of items in Input 1
does M1 & M2 at bottom elaborates those on top?
