I found an Open studio measure, Change Parameters Of Material (Layer 0 of Construction),it seems to modify the parameters of the envelope layer 0, but how do I specify the insulation as layer 0?

I'm having trouble tracking down the measure source repo used for what is on BCL, but changing the thermal conductivity and thickness will impact effective insulation. You may also want to change density and specific heat to match the material you are trying to model.
