membership fee extend field in edit transaction

Describe the bug
While editing a membership fee transaction and i change the amount it gives me the option to extend the membership again.
Is this a wanted feature? Also this happens on new transactions but not on transactions made in the previous version of haspman

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'List transaction'
2. Take the Tester Kenny Lacroix transaction from 13/10 and change the amount and see the extend field appear
3. Take the Alex Goris transaction from 12/10 and change the amount and see that the extend field doesn't appear

Expected behavior
Is it supposed to show the extend field?
