Starting Nonlinear Finite Element in C# - (First Discussion)

Hi,
It is long time since BriefFiniteElement.NET project is started and I thought maybe it is good time to start nonlinear version of BriefFiniteElement.NET .

Purpose of this discussion is to find a overall region for the new nonlinear library, i.e. this would be a Software requirements specification.

This is beginning steps of the nonlinear library

Available Code - Ingredients

This is list of available codes and library we know so far, and can be used in the new nonlinear library:

• The linear BFE library
• The CSParse.NET library, for fast and effectively solve large linear system of equation
• The Nonlinear Equation Solver, contains methods like newton method, for using together with CSParse to handle large nonlinear eq. systems
• The CompositeSection library, code is no yet publicly available, but soon it will be. For handling section stiffness matrix for material non linearity of composite section of 1D elements, like beam column etc, but not for 2-D shells or 3-D solids

In my opinion these are enough blocks to build the new library.

Dear Ehsan, I hope you are doing well.
I really like your work but the bfe library lakes a lot of documentation and some times it's difficult to understand some methods context or syntax so it would be better to reconsider this issue.

I know basic knowledge about nonlinear analysis and I can provide some help for some material models.
