Mark tests as fast/slow

Some tests take a while, but we still want to be able to run them in an automated fashion.

Markers have been added here

• decorate fast and slow tests
  • directions for this found here
• figure out scheme and configure Travis to only run slow tests under certain conditions
  • Note: Travis may not support his functionality, so we may have to decide on to run or not to run slow tests
