Give more errors when execution fails #22
Description
When we're trying to build a transaction involving an execution that failed, the error message that's shown doesn't show as much information as we might like. Notably, when a jet fails, we currently get a message saying that a jet failed, rather than which jet failed. It would be helpful to get a more detailed error message.
