Create Toml Checker #630
Description
We need to create our own TOML-checker
Here is the example of already existing toml-checker:

We need to create our own service. I would suggest to put it to the /services and place the link to services and blockchain sections of the menu.
It will work on Xahau as well.
We will also need to change the links (add the link to our own checker) here: https://bithomp.com/en/domains
