I finished to translate and tested ITA's translation + modDesc. Log clean and nothing any errors/warnings.

EDIT:: but i don't find this strings in a bottom left of screenshot..

So,
Show Owned Fields = MOSTRA CAMPI DI PROPRIETA'
Show All Fields = MOSTRA TUTTI I CAMPI
