Added support for non-Windows platforms by using ffmpeg for audio extraction. Updated ffmpeg path handling to use Path.Combine for better compatibility.

I had an LLM make changes so that it would work on linux.
I can confirm that these changes work on EndeavourOS (arch based). I haven't tested if they break the windows build or not.
