Update dependencies

In the fpm.toml, let's

• Update the assert dependency to 2.0.0
• Replace the sourcery dependency with the latest version of julienne (currently 1.7.0)
• Update the code to replace sourcery data structures and procedures with julienne data structures and procedures.

I was able to take care of the first two items easily enough. main...joehellmers:matcha:upd-dependencies.

Now I need to actually use the correct items from Julienne. The first, and perhaps only, problem is that I don't see a corresponding feature in Julienne for Sourcery's data_partition_t type.

Is there a corresponding class in Julienne for this?
