Oraxen custom item support!

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Hello!

A few months ago I requested for ItemsAdder and Oraxen support, and you listened! You implemented IA support for block levels, and that's great, but I was hoping to see if you could expand on that since my server, and many others, use Oraxen or Nexo, which are better suited for my needs.

Adding this would allow soooo much customizability, with a relatively simple mechanic.

If you find the proper information and can make a quick addition, I'd be indebted to you greatly!

@MrCow98 This is done and ready for testing. You'll need the latest snapshot of BentoBox and Level to test. You can get them from ci.bentobox.world. Please be sure to take backups, just in case.

Oraxen things can be scored in Level, limited, and counted in chests, if allowed. So, your blockconfig.yml can has this, for example:

blocks:
  oraxen:amethyst_ore: 3

You must put "oraxen" at the front of the id.
