A way to reset /ob topblock without resetting the islands

Expected behavior

We changed the phases when we were updating the minecraft version and /ob topblock's lifetime block breaks didn't change. is there a way to reset it without reseting the islands?

I'm not sure if you are using the OnBlock addon but this is how I reset the block without resetting the island /ob respawnBlock
