Odd exception on vote recieve

I got this exception after voting on a service as I do everyday:

The characters posted just like that on the console and the log... I have no idea why. I'm using VotifierPlus 1.4.3 and Paper 1.21.11

It will be hard to tell because it was a completely random occurrence as far as I can tell. But I will install the latest artifact and come back to you if anything else comes up. Thanks for your quick answers as always :)

I can confirm this is not a bot and potentially PlanetMinecraft at fault as I had this occur today and went to their site and passed a test vote which had the same IP address as the invalid vote.
