[Doc] Upgrade nx-docusaurus and docusaurus deps

Describe the bug

We use a specific release hash to make code blocks working but it should be synced with other docusaurus versions

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. yarn start docsite
2. see console errors

Expected behavior

Same docusaurus packages every where no errors
