onMatrixChangeListener scaleX, scaleY values not accurate #845

🐛 Bug Report
I'm using onMatrixChangeListener and scaleX and scaleY don't seem to accurately track whats going on in the PhotoView. The rate of change seems different and seems to fluctuate depending on my zoom level.
Expected behavior
scaleX and scaleY should represent the actual scaleX and scaleY values.
Reproduction steps
They won't scale proportionally.
