How to process

1. Open a Claude Code session in this repo.
2. Session-start hook reports open api-review-needed issues.
3. Ask Claude: "Review the new API features — which should we adopt?"
4. For each adoption, run the full SDLC loop (TDD → tests → review → PR).
5. When all entries processed, close this issue and the workflow will open a fresh one on the next cron tick if new entries arrive.
