/bmnames for username history from BM Database

Since Mojang removed API access for username history, can we please get a /bmnames or a /whowas as it was called in CMI to view the history of usernames people have logged in with in-game.
We run into the issue of looking at a ban appeal on our forums and they only give an old or new username that we need to be able to figure out what their old username was at ban to look up on the web UI.

But being able to check old names they have logged in with in the past, would be extreamly handy and I think is already recorded into the database.
