Contact form functionality

We discussed briefly the possibility of contact forms with a bit of extra magic:

• Allow contact to the BLM Memphis admin without revealing email address but also
• Allow people to contact to businesses/owners that have emails listed without revealing their email addresses (maybe only if they have an “okay to contact me” flag enabled? thoughts on that?).
