[Reproducibility] How to get the *right* data ?

Right now the readme is not clear on how toget the original data from

I see the confusion.

Currently, @agneta20 is adding to the readme.
I have also added a small section to her branch for locating the data.

However, unfortunately it seems Exiobase has removed the HUSE file from the download.
We do have the original version of the HUSE and HSUP data archived so that we can link to them from some datahub.

@Matteo, For a quickfix I propose we link to the original HUSE and HSUP files from the Harvard Dataverse.

I have added the original data to a harvard dataverse called BONSAI with a single dataset called EXIOBASE.
The dataset contains the original hsup and huse data files.

The instructions for download has been pushed to the branch 'agneta-20-patch-2' since this branch was already working on changing the readme.
