Check for Bad Names

We do not check for bad names:
(we do however check for OLD names on a recent commit).
In any case, report outright bad names into a file that could be linked to via the API (bad names by project). This would be mispelling. This reporting would be using the amphibiaweb taxonomy file so related to the synonym function just built in fetch.py

Not sure exactly the nature of bad names but we found a few in the latest dump (7/26)

In specificepithet ( removebad characters):

• cranwelli (should be cranwelli)
•  colymba (should be colymba)

In specificepithet (do not allow split or two values)

• wehrlei jacksoni (where genus=Plethodon)
• muscosa/sierrae (where genus-Rana)
  ideally these should be flagged upon uploading but I dont know if that's possible! For now may be remove the second specificepithet and stick in sample remarks?

(I will also note in the other repo to update better template instructions)

i don't see the bad characters anywhere...can you give an example

fact? So, my preferred alternative is to fix in project 295 (re-upload data)

As for the weird character Â
I see it in the CSV, may be an excel artefact? It shows up associated with MaterialSampleID=140708_R12
now.
