Repository LFS budget exceeded, blocking clone #16

Thanks for your work on this project.
I encountered an LFS error today while trying to git clone the repository. It appears that the LFS data quota (bandwidth/storage) for this repository or account has been exceeded.
This prevents all LFS-tracked large files from being downloaded, blocking users from successfully checking out the project.
Here is the key error message I received:
Error downloading object: ... (a8fd120): Smudge error: ...
batch response: This repository exceeded its LFS budget.
The account responsible for the budget should increase it to restore access.
This is just a heads-up. If possible, would you be able to check the LFS quota status?
