It is posible to use  isLocationOnEdge  with this Library

I need to determine whether a point falls on or near a polyline, or on or near the edge of a polygon, within a specified tolerance in meters. I know that other librarys have the method isLocationOnEdge.  BIOSTALL Has something to do this job.
