Need to determine battery to use for phone

The battery ideally should have over 2-hour life when powering Raspberry Pi Pico W, microphone, cellular chip, and ILI9488 screen. Also needs a charge controller, and a constant 5V output

prefer use of usb c

Scrap the usb c, it is a better and simpler idea to continue use of the micro usb on the pico to allow for data transmission and charging. An all in one of sorts.

Here is a product I found which directly plugs in to the raspberry pi pico and provides charging to a LiPo or LiIon battery. I believe it would be best to use a LiIon battery.
