test adding UBVRI photmetry from SIMBAD #152
Description
the bit of code which accesses SIMBAD UBVRI photometry is currently broken but tests are still passing. The way SIMBAD passes fluxes has changed and is documented here: https://astroquery.readthedocs.io/en/latest/simbad/simbad_evolution.html
Two things need to be done:
- A failing test needs to be written which would have caught this. Probably in
test_catalog.py - it needs be fixed
(Other simbad fields are fixed in #151 )
