moved the box model files out of its nested directory into the top level models directory

The problem:
  Gazebo can't find the model files in a nested folder unless we edit GAZEBO_MODEL_PATH
  to include additional directories.

The solution:
  We don't have enough new models to justify implementing a nested folder structure..yet.
  So we have removed the "obstacles" models directory.
