chore(Loader): add assembly resolution setting for architecture mismatch
- Introduced ResolveAssemblyWarnOrErrorOnTargetArchitectureMismatch to handle architecture discrepancies between the loader and referenced game assemblies. - Added a comment to clarify the intention behind the AnyCPU setting for the loader.
