Describe the bug

Seeing the below error when i try to az login through my command prompt

Authentication failed
interaction_required: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: 50f2eece-db23-4d15-8ea7-9a6d5c592500 Correlation ID: 476ed242-8beb-410e-8224-b7354baf1e9f Timestamp: 2025-01-08 19:00:10Z. ($error_uri)

I was able to access it previously properly.

### Expected behavior

Able to auth and select appropriate subscription.

2.40.0 is not the latest Azure CLI(2.67.0).

If you haven't already attempted to do so, please upgrade to the latest Azure CLI version by following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/update-azure-cli.
