Email Opt-out and Suppression list functionality #543
Description
I opened a ticket for the Azure Communication Services documentation. The quick summary is the documentation mention "opt-out" and "suppression list" in several places (1 2). We integrated ACS on the assumption these capabilities would be present.
However, ACS still lacks any APIs or portals to view or manage suppressed emails, nor does ACS provide a way for customers to opt-out. I checked the roadmap and do not see any items relating to email.
I've made a feature request. However, given the legal requirements for providing unsubscribe links and the fact that it's mentioned in the docs, I'd consider this a bug.
