Smart pixels setting is not toggleable with routines.

I want to automatically open it after my battery hits 20% with a routine but when I checked an app to find the setting, it shows as 1 all the time, even when it's turned off.

Please add a way to toggle it with routines, it would be even better to include it in the toggle feature action.

Use ax_smart_pixel_filter_enable instead to turn on and off smart pixel
