"Open base music folder" context menu option is not very useful

This option actually opens the folder [working directory]/base/sounds/music, which is of limited use and doesn't take vpath into account. If the folder doesn't exist the button just does nothing with zero feedback.

A more useful function would be an option when right clicking local music to "open containing folder," taking VPath into account.
