Viewport assets inherit their positions from the previous message if a screenshake was interrupted #1078

Describe the bug
Occasionally, if a message is sent quickly after one with a screenshake, the text box can be misaligned -- presumably because the screenshake was interrupted without restoring the text box's position. Gets restored to normal the next message. May have something to do with custom text boxes?
To reproduce
Queue up some messages with screenshakes and have someone interrupt. Maybe using immediate/objections? It's kind of inconsistent.
Expected behavior
The textbox does not get misaligned for a message.
