我这边在 WOA 虚拟机上测试可以正常启动，目前没有复现这个闪退。

从你提供的 desktop.log 看，桌面窗口本身已经加载成功，失败点是在后端进程启动后、变为可访问之前直接退出：

backend.log 里目前只有：

OPENSSL_Uplink(...): no OPENSSL_Applink

所以初步判断，这更像是 Windows 打包后端运行时里的 OpenSSL / cryptography 相关 DLL 加载问题，而不是前端或桌面窗口初始化问题。桌面端 v4.25.0 相比前一个版本，桌面仓库本身基本只同步了版本号，问题更可能来自本次打包时解析到的上游 AstrBot / Python 依赖，或 Windows 运行时 DLL 组合。

为了继续定位，麻烦补充以下任一项：

1. 如果安装目录是 D:\AstrBot，请在终端手动运行后端命令，并贴出完整控制台输出：

D:\AstrBot\backend\python\python.exe D:\AstrBot\backend\launch_backend.py --webui-dir D:\AstrBot\webui

2. 如果安装目录不是 D:\AstrBot，请按 desktop.log 里的实际 spawned backend: cmd=[...] 命令运行。

3. 补充完整的 backend.log，尤其是 OPENSSL_Applink 前后是否还有 Python traceback、import error 或 DLL load failed 信息。

后续我会优先验证打包脚本里的 Windows DLL 预加载逻辑，尤其是 libcrypto-*.dll / libssl-*.dll 是否导致了这类 OpenSSL Applink 退出。

第一个命令是4.25.0运行的

1. 打开安装目录里的 launch_backend.py。
2. 找到 main() 里的 preload_windows_runtime_dlls()。
3. 先把这一行注释掉，只保留其他逻辑不变。
4. 重新启动桌面端，观察是否还会闪退。
5. 如果不再闪退，再把改动还原，说明问题就是这段 Windows 预加载 libcrypto/libssl 的逻辑。

如果你愿意继续帮忙定位，请再补一份手动运行后端的完整输出，命令如下：

感谢测试。注释 preload_windows_runtime_dlls() 后仍然一样，说明问题不只是在强制预加载 libcrypto/libssl 这一行，下一步需要确认到底是随包 Python 自己的 SSL 模块崩，还是启动脚本配置 DLL 搜索路径后，后续导入某个模块时崩。

请继续按顺序运行下面命令，并把每条命令的完整输出贴出来。

1. 测试 Python 自带 ssl 是否能单独导入

• 如果第 1 条正常、第 2 或第 3 条崩，说明问题在 cryptography 的 native 依赖。
• 如果前 3 条正常，但启动脚本仍崩，说明是 AstrBot 后端某个启动期 import 触发了另一个 native OpenSSL 依赖。
• 如果注释 configure_windows_dll_search_path() 后不再崩，说明问题在 DLL 搜索路径配置导致加载到了不兼容的 DLL。

我已经看完你回传的图片，结论先说在前面：ssl、cryptography、cryptography.hazmat.bindings._rust.openssl 这三步都正常，说明问题不在 Python 自带的 OpenSSL，也不在 cryptography 的 native 绑定。

现在崩溃点已经缩小到 launch_backend.py 里执行 runpy.run_path(main.py) 之后，也就是后端主入口 main.py 或它导入的某个模块。

请继续做下面这个最小测试：

上游 runtime_bootstrap 会调用 astrbot.utils.http_ssl_common.build_ssl_context_with_certifi()，里面有：

import ssl 正常，但 OpenSSL 从文件加载 CA bundle 时可能触发 Windows OPENSSL_Applink。请继续跑下面两个最小测试：

1. 测试 cafile 是否触发崩溃

如果第 1 条出现 OPENSSL_Uplink(...): no OPENSSL_Applink，但第 2 条输出 cadata ok，根因就基本确认：Windows packaged Python/OpenSSL 在 load_verify_locations(cafile=...) 这里崩了。

对应修复方向是把上游 astrbot/utils/http_ssl_common.py 里的 cafile=certifi.where() 改成先用 Python 读取 certifi 文件内容，再用 cadata=... 加载，避免 OpenSSL 自己打开 CA 文件。

• 如果第 1 条正常、第 2/3 条都崩，那就要进一步看 load_verify_locations() 调用前后有没有别的 Windows DLL 影响。
