Perfumes broken

Newly crafted perfumes do not have a scent applied, it's blanked out in the:
"A bottle that contains the following scent: {n"

cached_template_desc and desc appear okay in persistent/non-persistent attribute.

Suspect this was caused in pull request 472, specifically final change in wipe_stale_attributes.py with altered_desc added, which probably includes perfume.
