Plot/Add/RPEvent to take more than 1 Plot per Event

Some RP events cover more than 1 plot, be it related to the actual event and perhaps someone links it in as a personal plot as well.

So being able to add an RP event to more than 1 plot would mean that both can tag it rather than a race to who gets there first.

Current go-around is to add the @cal reference number in the OOC comments.

This would mean converting the ForeignKey to a M2M relationship.
