Description
Since it is no longer possible to buy materials at the market with economic resources, I suggest amending the helpfile to remove the sentence "Economic resources are worth 250 silver for buying materials.' If this is an unstable feature, then I recommend adding a 'WIP' notice in the helpfile instead.
