Provide built PDF / instruct users how to build PDF with clear instructions

I had a really nice time building the PDF docs: I just started up my virtual environment for Sphinx, installed some missing package, `make latexpdf` and boom - my offline docs were ready!

I'm sure other users would benefit from having PDF (rather than ePub) :)
