Can Sugar be combined with 2DGS #241

Hey @Anttwo! Thank you so much for making this amazing research public
I was wondering would I get better results if I used 2DGS's intialized gaussians and SuGaR's joint refinement and mesh extraction process. Is it possible to do that? I assume the main thing to change would be using a surfel rasterizer instead of orignal gaussian rasterizer.
