Download IP webcam from Google play store. Open it and find "Start server", select it and you will see your camera will turn on.

Open ScanFromCamera.py and on line number 10 enter the ip address that is visible at the bottom of the screen of the phone.

Then press the scan button of the python program a new window will pop up showing everything that your camera is ppinted at. Place your phone above a book or something and press "space" on you PC, the text of that book will be converted to handwriting.

and which scan button are you talking about? the one in CodeWithGUI.py? it stops responding after pressing.....

Check if there's any zlivecamerafile.py in the same folder, anyway, it's not doing anything because the image has to be very clear. Text has be well visible.
