Is there any way to make the Additional drivers utility work the same way it does in Ubuntu, Zorin or any system alike? I definitely know it should detect missing drivers for my WiFi adapter and 'brightness' control (probably some ACPI drivers).
In Ubuntu I always see those missing drivers immediately and can install them using the additional drivers utility. I am definitely installed in UEFI mode so that isn't the problem here. Using the latest AnduinOS 1.4.2 iso from this month.
Do I need to specify other servers to look for drivers? Do I need to add a repository to trusted providers in the additional drivers application?
sudo ubuntu-drivers list
sudo ubuntu-drivers devices
All result in no output
sudo ubuntu-drivers install
Results in 'the available drivers are already installed'
