One-by-one can't handle numbered list w/ Shift+n

Problem description

When using Shift+n or Shift+` to reveal a cloze, on a card containing a numbered/ordered list, where One-by-one is enabled, Anki/the add-on cannot handle the numbered list properly and so it just gets messed up

As far as I know, this is a general cloze issue that we can't fix in the note type or add-on. We've tried a solution for this in the past in Anki but nothing worked reliably: ankitects/anki#2991

I recommend using multiple c1 blocks for each list item.
