Add a short section on how to upload calibration data

Adding notes based on my testing of this

@dbirman told me this

1. Use the subject_id "calibration" anywhere you would normally put a real subject_id
2. Provide your own subject.json file built with a CalibrationObject alongside any other metadata files.

I used this script to create a subject.json

I added this subject.json to the metadata-dir of a DF/FIP asset, and listed it on the watchdog manifest, and added calibration as the subject ID.

My test asset is behavior_calibration_2026-05-04_19-06-00

Uploading data from W10DT714086 did not work. @dbirman says this is due to the job type pulling v1 metadata. Therefore the solution is to add an empty procedures.json for this dummy mouse.
