Iteration on AODBcRewriter

Rewrite of AODBcRewriter, now including resorting
of TTree refering to fIndexBC. This is necessary since
index columns need to be sorted.

Also adding 2 tools to check for BC monotonicity in AO2D
as well as fIndexBC monotonicity in all tables.
