Remove IDE and system files from tracking, update .gitignore

- Remove .idea/ IDE configuration files
- Remove .DS_Store macOS metadata files
- Add patterns to .gitignore to prevent future commits

These files should not be in version control as they are
environment-specific and clutter the repository.
