Can this be used with metaSPAdes?

I’m looking for a tool that can convert the metaSPAdes assembly graph into a networkx or igraph object. Can this do that?

pygfa uses networkx internally, so the answer is yes.
Unfortunately, you will have to tweak the source code to achieve that, since there is no command line option for that.
