data files in repo

Does anyone care if I move all of these data files out of the repo? It really makes the install heavy and long (almost 1 GB of data should be made available separately anyway. I can do this if desired)

Currently, there are people using these data and HapCol.
If you would like to move the data in a different repository (that is probably a good idea) please also update the main README, directly pointing at the new repository.
Moreover, before removing the data from here please check that the other repository is working properly, because people are working on this.
